The property is made up of five spacious buildings with plenty of off-street parking that blended with the quaint Colonial feeling of the town. Construction was completed on the latest addition to Howe Commons, Building E, in 2009. It consists of approximately 6,500 square feet of space. The finished product squared off the Commons, creating a dramatic town square that accentuates the historic center-piece of the property, the Abey Building – originally a residential mansion. These common areas heightened the aesthetic appeal of our streetscape, and enhanced our ability to host the various public events that have been a long-standing tradition of Howe Commons.
